Control of standards and processes

Feed quality and security are the watchwords in the production of CAE. The control plan involves all participants in CAE production, from the alfalfa field to delivery of the packaged product. Each step is defined and strictly monitored in the framework of ISO 9001 Version 2000 and GMP quality procedures. Our experience leads to compliance with standards and process control, with transparency, with the speed of communication information and the guarantee of feed safety. This is the assurance of products whose performance is monitored, fulfilling the most stringent customer requirements.

Quality control and traceability

Culture
Farmers, who guarantee the best culture conditions, comply with the Good Practices Guide. Seeds are exclusively from the Official French Catalogue and are all non-GMO.

Harvest
A detailed planning of the harvest calendar organized by the factory enables the vegetation cycles to be optimized with five harvests per year.

Extraction
The process preserves the quality of the product at its optimum level, from the plant to the factory.

Storage
Homogeneous batches of consistent quality throughout the year are guaranteed by standardized storage procedures. Storage under inert gas and cold ensure that xanthophylls are preserved.

Delivery
Each shipment is accompanied by an analysis certificate for precisely determining and tracking the quality of batches received; guaranteed contractually.

A complete certification procedure: Désialis is certified ISO 9001,Version 2000. In addition, and in order to extend and support this approach, CAE production is now including the GMP system. Experience and day to day quality assurance practices have resulted in know-how to manage standardized procedures from the field to the customer, and to implement corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
